Den dansk-italienske docent ved Roskilde Universitetscenter, Bruno Amoroso, er mangeårig aktiv fortaler for Nordkoreas demokratiske og økonomiske system ("juche") og dettes ledere, jf. et klip fra Den Demokratiske Folkerepublik Nordkoreas officielle nyhedsbureau:

"Gifts to Kim Jong Il from Juche idea followers Pyongyang, September 7 [2001] (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il received gifts from followers of the Juche idea. They were separately handed to officials concerned by Bruno Amoroso, director of the board of the International Institute of the Juche Idea and secretary general of the European Society for the Study of the Juche Idea, and Partrick Brunot, French delegate for the study of the Juche idea."
